This makes you want to reserve items, ammo and uses melee attacks. ![]() The items that the enemies leave are fewer than before too making the game a lot better survival wise. I feel the loading pages, going from one area to another, was a little slow but this builds the anticipation. The presentation is slick but the game itself can be sticky at some parts. I remember playing Resident Evil 4 on PS2 and thinking the graphics and the detail was superb but after playing the remaster, I got to say good job to Capcom! The detail within areas of the castle are also very sharp and the colours of the items around are brighter. You can see clear detail on key items and your weapons are defined. The graphics are a lot sharper than the PS2 version. PresentationĪs this is a remaster of the original, you would think it’s just graphics that would be different, not necessarily true. It’s hard to believe the game is over ten years old but I am glad to be taking it on once again.
